Do I need to live in the US?
No. Brazilians living in Brazil can structure asset ownership in the United States.
Do I need an SSN?
An SSN is not presented as a requirement to form the LLC. It may become necessary in later tax or banking steps, depending on the case.
Can I be the sole owner of an LLC?
Yes. A foreign-owned single-member LLC is a viable structure, subject to tax review with a CPA.
Do I need a US partner?
It is not necessary to include a US partner just to lend an SSN to the structure.
Does the program finance the vehicle?
No. At this stage, the program works exclusively with full cash acquisition.
Who do I pay for the car?
You pay the vehicle price directly to Tesla or to the official channel indicated by Tesla.
How much does the advisory cost?
The initial acquisition, coordination and structuring fee is configurable and starts at 10% of the effective asset acquisition price.
Does Tesla already guarantee an immediate Cybercab purchase?
No. Tesla accepts an interest submission. Price, delivery and eligibility still depend on Tesla confirmation.
Can I put the vehicle in the Robotaxi Network?
Entry of a privately owned vehicle into the network has not been confirmed by Tesla yet.
Do you guarantee a return?
No. There is no guarantee of revenue, occupancy, return or payback at any stage of the process.
Who handles taxes and accounting?
A CPA needs to be involved from onboarding, especially in foreign-owned structures.
Who is the operator before the TxDMV?
The definition of the regulated operator is still pending and will be handled by a separate Operating Company once requirements are defined.
